YES Waiver Providers
Gulf Bend Center is participating in a YES Waiver Program, contracted by the Department of State Health Services, and we would like to invite you to take part in this valuable opportunity to assist youth in our community. The YES Waiver is a 1915(c) Medicaid Waiver that allows for more flexibility in the funding of intensive community-based services for children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbances and their families. We are searching for potential providers to contract with for the eleven reimbursable services:
- Respite
- Community Living Supports
- Family Supports
- Specialized Psychiatric Observation
- Transitional Services
- Adaptive Aids & Supports
- Minor Home Modifications
- Non-Medical Transportation
- Paraprofessional Services
- Professional Services
- Supportive Family Based Alternatives
